So you have never liked to exercise?
I get it. Believe me, I have never been an exercise person (but more on that later).
Part of being your best self includes moving. It’s that little devil inside your brain, that makes you feel mopey, and sit on the couch and never really move.
But moving is key, it makes you feel good and, believe it or not, more energetic, and motivated to tackle your goals.
Does this mean you need to train for a marathon to reach your best version of you?
Of course not, but if that sounds like something your best dream voice thinks sounds cool, you have my full support.
Even just walking can help!
Up and moving at least an hour each day is going to get your blood really running through your veins and help get you pumped to tackle your day, your goals, or anything else.
